2017-18 Terms & Conditions

2018-19 Terms & Conditions

Facilities

Facilities include a TV room, Games Room (for table tennis), Laundry, Chapel, Terrace and Courtyard.  The Terrace Room is available for study purposes after breakfast.

Kitchens & Bathrooms

Each floor has two showers, two toilets and a kitchen for sharing between a maximum of 10 residents.

Fully equipped

We provide a duvet, pillow, bed linen and a towel. The kitchen on each floor is fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer.

Luggage

Before you decide what to pack for your stay in London, please bear in mind that the Centre has a very restricted amount of luggage space for residents. In addition to the limited space in the study bedrooms, we have limited storage for suitcases, subject to availability.

Internet

We have partnered with Keysurf to provide residents with high speed wired and wireless internet access. You will receive, at no extra charge, Keysurf broadband internet access up to 100 Mbps.

Getting connected

  1. Either connect to a LAN port on the media hub, or connect to the Wi-Fi network printed on the media hub.
  2. Open your browser and you will see the Keysurf welcome screen. Click on “Sign up”
  3. Select the product speed and fill in your details.
  4. Back on the Welcome screen, use your new username and password to get online.

Once you have signed up you can manage your account via http://myaccount.keysurf.net .

The wireless MediaHub in your room can connect up to 10 devices. If your device has a network port, then for the fastest performance, we recommend connecting to the network socket using a standard Ethernet cable. If you don’t have your own, then you may purchase one at the office.

For convenience, you will probably prefer to connect via Wi-Fi. Please remember that, just like other wireless networks, this will not necessarily give you the same speed as connecting through a cable, although it will still be fast enough for most things.

Please don’t use your own Wi-Fi router as it may interfere with the Keysurf service. Keysurf will disable access to any device infected with malware. To use our internet, you must first agree to the Acceptable Use Policy on the login page. Full T&Cs are available at http://www.keysurf.net

Non smoking

Please note that smoking is prohibited in the Centre, including the Terrace and Courtyard.  Residents are not permitted to use electronic cigarettes in any part of the building, on the Terrace or in the Courtyard.
